No notes. Add one for reminders that aren't tied to a job.
How the whiteboard works
Keep a list of jobs as colored rows with a status, add comments to each one, and stick notes anywhere on the board. It saves automatically in this browser, so there is no account and nothing to upload.
Steps
- Add a job row and give it a title, a color and a status such as Queue, In Progress or Waiting on Parts.
- Open a row to add comments and notes.
- Add sticky notes in four colors and drag them around the board.
- Use Export backup to save a copy of the board, and Import backup to restore it on any computer.
Example
The board opens with an example job in progress and four notes, one of each color, so you can see how it works before deleting them.
Questions
- Is the board shared with my team?
- No. It lives only in this browser. To move it, export a backup and import it on the other computer.
- What happens if I clear my browser data?
- The board is removed with it. Export a backup now and then.
- Does it need an internet connection?
- Not after the first visit. The site works offline once it has loaded.
